No part of our products may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted by any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying or otherwise, without the prior permission of Downloadable Courseware or The Training AdvantEdge, other than those stated below under “Your Rights.”
Under no circumstances must the source files containing the Courseware be made available on a network, internet, intranet, extranet, CD-ROM, DVD, or similar medium.
All reasonable precautions have been taken in the preparation of the Courseware, including technical and non-technical proofing. We assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions within the Courseware. No warranties are made, expressed or implied with regard to the Courseware. We shall not be responsible for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Courseware. While the Courseware is regularly scanned for viruses, it is the Purchasers responsibility to virus check all files supplied by us, prior to use.
YOUR RIGHTS
As a user of training materials provided you are hereby granted the following rights:
Unlimited reprinting of course material for distribution
Unlimited number of users for the course digital content.
Unlimited rights to edit and modify the courseware content.
Use of your own logo on the course material.
Exclusions:
You may not, under any circumstances, resell the product.
You may not distribute the course material, for free or at cost, to others who may resell the material for commercial advantage.
You may not convert the content to other derivatives directly such as audio playbacks and online e-learning products and resell it directly as a new training material for commercial gain.
The content is provided for your use generally as a trainer, training designer, or a learner. You may not distribute the course materials to other trainers, training course designers, or learners. An exception to this rule is that, if you are a team of trainers in an organization involved in design and delivery of courses, you may share the course material between the team members and no extra licenses are necessary.
RETURNS
Course material purchased on-line through our website is considered opened at the time of purchase. In line with the software industry practices, returns are only accepted for unopened products. As a result, no returns are accepted after the time of purchase. You will have every opportunity to examine the syllabus and general content of the course material before you proceed to purchase it.
STATEMENT
